Hello my name is Nicole Denny. Currently I am in my 2nd semester of the multiple subject teaching credential program at California State University San Marcos. I am looking forward to graduating this May and begining my teaching career. I can't wait to have my own classroom of students.
Clinical Pratice I
In fall 2009 my student teaching placement was in a 2nd grade SEI (Sheltered English Immersion) class at Temple Heights Elementary School. Mrs. Gonzales' classroom was a great group of students. I was happy to observe my cooperating teacher at work and this experiance gave me practical insite on developing my teaching methodologies. I was able put into practice everything that I had learned thusfar at CSUSM.
Clinical Practice II
I have been placed at Bonsall Elementary School for my next student teaching experiance. I am with Mrs. Edwards and her wonderful 3rd grade class. I look forward to the last eight weeks were I will be student teaching full time. This will be my final opportunity to really hone my teaching skills.
I live in north Vista with my wonderful husband Will and our cat Violet. I enjoy hanging out with my friends and watching foreign and independent movies.
